Celery is also a good source of vitamin B2, copper, vitamin A, B2, B6 C, K, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. It is also an excellent source of antioxidants and beneficial enzymes! It is best eaten raw, chopped in salads, dipped in hummus or added to your power green juice!

This type of celery is very thin, and mostly leaves. Perfect for soup!
