Sauerkraut – Beetroot and Fennel
Ingredients: organic cabbage, organic beetroot, organic dried fennel and pink Himalayan salt.
Our sauerkraut is fermented for 3 weeks in crock pots and has a delicious, tangy flavor. The beetroot sauerkraut has a beautiful deep pink colour and adds such life to any meal!
Sauerkraut’s fermentation process produces new beneficial probiotics loaded with anti-oxidants that restore gut flora and improve immune, cognitive, digestive and endocrine function.
Use as you would a condiment or add to salads, wraps, and crackers, or use as a side to your morning boiled or fried eggs!
