Aglio is an artisan fresh pasta brand located in Cape Town. Aglio’s pastas are made locally by Italians.
We use high quality flours such as durum wheat personally sourced from the mills and farms in Italy that we have known for so many years. We use free-range eggs and locally sourced fresh produce for pasta fillings.

Our pasta is made fresh daily. The aim is to satisfy taste and wellness needs for customers more and more sensible to healthy food.
